For customers who subscribe to any of our unlimited add-ons, it's important to remember that you will be billed the pay-per-use rate, as you're out of your Home Zone.

If you use your phone from the U.S., the charges will be added to your bill within 45 days.

Note: Your US roaming services are automatically enabled.

Intinérance International

WIND customers travelling in more than 200 countries and territories can use their WIND mobile services at great rates with international roaming, including the US.

Make sure you activate international roaming service for your phone before your departure by visiting a WIND store or calling our care centre at 1-877-946-3184 (1-877-WIND-184).

If you use your phone while travelling outside Canada, the charges will be added to your bill within 45 days. For customers who subscribe to any of our unlimited add-ons, it's important to remember that you will be billed the pay-per-use rate as you're not in a HOME Zone.
